The Dean is a 5.75 acre mixed-use development with 583 luxury apartments, characterized with richly detailed indoor and outdoor amenity spaces for residents. Mayer/Reed designed signage and wayfinding at The Dean with sophistication and a hint of glamour as a nod to old Hollywood. A touch of gold reminds residents that they are the stars of the show – from the glimmering identity embedded in the lobby floor to the gold accents at each front door.
