The standards establish elements of uniformity and elements of distinction to create a signage family that is adaptable to each site. The minimalist approach provides consistent form and typography yet adaptability to a range of property types, architectural styles and geographic variables. A color palette reflects site and regional influences with custom patterns adding dimension. The standards, which responds to jurisdictional requirements, address sign size, format, placement, installation, illumination and fabrication details.
